Fluxics AI provides a technical execution interface for automated trading strategies. By initializing a connection, you authorize our Neural Execution Core to transmit trade signals to your linked custody provider or segregated Execution Wallet.

02. QUALIFIED INVESTOR WARRANTY

Access is restricted to individuals who possess the technical and financial proficiency to understand algorithmic risks. You warrant that you meet the minimum capital deployment requirement of $10,000.00 USD and understand the mechanics of Portfolio Margin.

03. EXECUTION & LATENCY LIMITATIONS

You acknowledge that trade execution is subject to market liquidity and sub-50ms latency constraints. Fluxics AI is not liable for slippage, partial fills, or brokerage-side outages that deviate from projected alpha.

04. NON-CUSTODIAL & HYBRID PROTOCOLS

For retail-linked accounts, funds remain with your chosen custodian (e.g., Fidelity, Schwab). For institutional 'Prime' strategies, capital provisioning occurs via segregated high-velocity wallets subject to T+0 liquidity rules.

05. FEE STRUCTURE & CARRY

We utilize a performance-only fee structure (High-Water Mark). We do not charge '2-and-20' management fees or take a percentage of static AUM. Fees are strictly contingent on realized alpha generation.
